In March of 2025, the IAPP held a workshop exploring different ways everyday people can get involved in legislative initiatives for the betterment of parrots. You can watch the recording or view the slides.

Get Involved!
The IAPP does not directly get involved with legislative efforts, but IAPP members representing a number of organizations are involved in various advocacy, legislative, and policy efforts that promote positive welfare of parrots as well as shield them from harm. Occasionally, IAPP members meet to connect, learn, and collaborate. If you'd like to join our network, be in touch with this form!
